RUDIGER manufactures own disc brakes, adapted to its motors and gearboxes and adjustable to holding torque as specified by customer. The spring-loaded disc brakes are designed on a modular basis and will be released hydraulically. Main application is safety or holding brake in drives of any type. Minimum release pressure is between 15 and 40 bar, maximum 300 bar, depending on design of application.
